Pallet Shuttle app for iPhone and iPad

Download the app for the high-density Pallet Shuttle storage system by Mecalux. It controls the electric shuttles that move pallets inside the rack channels. The software installs easily on your tablet, enabling you to run the control system that sends commands via Wi-Fi to the shuttles, as well as system updates. Using this application, you can control up to 18 shuttles with the same tablet.

The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. The software includes many features on the tablets screen for warehouse operators to choose from:

• Pallet selector: selects the type of pallet to be handled.
• LIFO/FIFO configuration: selects the load management strategy.
• Change of working aisle: selects which side of the structure you want to work from (FIFO mode).
• Locking system: activates the supplementary locking system, which increases contact between the Pallet Shuttle and the forks of a forklift.
• Compacting: compacts pallets at the beginning (LIFO) or end (FIFO) of the channel.
• Continuous loading/unloading: carries out nonstop loading and unloading of a channel.
• Partial unloading: selects the number of pallets to be extracted.
• Location signal: activates audible and light signals to identify the location of the selected shuttle.
• Inventory: counts the number of pallets stored in the channel.
• User management: manages user profiles and the authorisation of personnel using the shuttles.
• Operating mode selector: selects automatic or manual mode (for maintenance tasks).
• Shuttle indicator: shows the number of the shuttles in operation and their status.
• Tiltmeter: detects when the shuttle is incorrectly positioned within the channel.
• Rescue: retrieves a non-functioning shuttle from inside the channel.
• Positioning camera (optional): facilitates the insertion of the Pallet Shuttle on the rails.
